Traditional town with a modern face
A picturesque town in the Hodonín region with a rich history, abundant in wine and opulent with its painted cellars, needed to appropriately represent its beautiful traditional South Moravian face. We helped with that! In excellent cooperation with the city administration, an easily understandable website was created with functionalities that make the work of the city administration, as well as the citizens and tourists themselves, easier.
The services we provided
The most important aspect that was given the greatest emphasis during the implementation of the project was strategic work with content. This included a thoughtful layout of the content, identification of priority and key information and its optimal presentation to website visitors in an original, graphically designed, visual form. In excellent cooperation with the city in deploying the content, we launched a modern and functional website that meets all aspects of usefulness, accessibility, intuitiveness and usability. The homepage offers the most up-to-date information on the municipality's events, from administrative announcements or memories from events held, to the current calendar of events, photo gallery, Česká obec mobile application and completed town projects.
On the technical side, many key and complex events took place that helped the town in communication and the presentation of information itself. One of the fundamental and innovative events was the integration of the website with the aforementioned Česká obec application, which communicates directly with the municipality's citizens through mobile notifications, who receive current notifications about events in the town. In addition to the official board, our own FileHUB application for the city management was also implemented. It allows for easier communication between the individual departments of the office thanks to the available storage and access to documents, which makes the municipality's self-government more efficient and speeds up the decision-making processes themselves. Thanks to our Jarvis content management system, the site administrator adds and edits the content of the web presentation simply and effectively, thus contributing to the updates of this well-thought-out content structure.
The result is a modern website that not only facilitates the work of the town, but also allows citizens and visitors easy access to important information.
