Aquavparku Kyjov

The year-old water park offers customers a unique aquatic experience in three different zones in the city centre: a five-lane swimming pool, a warm experience pool with a water slide, a paddling pool, and a whirlpool. The third zone offers four saunas, where customers can register for popular sauna ceremonies during almost every visit, allowing even the youngest visitors to relax. The summer outdoor area, which is the only original surviving building of the complex of three interconnected new structures, includes a terrace and a café with a view of the city park.

A key aspect of our work was the visual design of the website. The architectural design of the water park was based on the principles of modern Scandinavian design, which is characterized by clean lines, simplicity, and functionality. Therefore, together with the architects from Senaa Studio, we placed emphasis on aligning the digital representation with the real spaces of the water park.

From a technological perspective, one of the most important parts of the project was integrating the website with Hasam’s Electronic Payment and Check-in System (EPOS). This system is key for managing customer accounts and allows water park visitors to conveniently manage, for example, their subscription accounts online from the comfort of their homes. Users can recharge their wristbands directly via the website, monitor their credit status or purchase history, and can also easily book tickets for events or purchase electronic vouchers from home. All these operations are instantly synchronized with the EPOS system, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for visitors. This intelligent system also allows the monitoring of the current occupancy of the zones in the water park. In addition, we implemented an automatic connection to temperature sensors deployed in the water park, allowing the display of current water temperatures, which provides visitors with transparent information and helps them better plan their visit.

Kyjov Water Park offers a wide range of activities for its citizens and potential customers, so it was important to enable easy booking and management of these services directly via the website. Visitors can easily book participation in various events online, such as children’s sauna sessions, massages, swimming lessons, or sauna nights. The website also includes a detailed calendar of events that is regularly updated, ensuring visitors are always informed about the water park’s current program.

By implementing this project, we have successfully combined modern design and advanced technology into a harmonious whole. Our close collaboration with the architects at Senaa Studio and Hasam has led to the successful creation of a platform that is an excellent example of our ability to integrate design, technology, and functionality into a compact solution that has significantly increased customer satisfaction and comfort.
